We partnered with a small glassblower to create our take on the iconic Chemex shape. The Mendocino Chemex Brewer features hand-blown borosilicate glass, a leather-wrapped collar (instead of the traditional wood), and a slightly wider base for extra stability. It uses standard Chemex filters for that famously clean, bright cup. The 30oz capacity is perfect for weekend mornings when you’re brewing for two. If you’ve never tried Chemex coffee, prepare to quietly judge every other brewing method for the rest of your life.
