The Mendocino Chemex Brewer features hand-blown borosilicate glass, a leather-wrapped collar (instead of the traditional wood), and a slightly wider base for extra stability. It uses standard Chemex filters for that famously clean, bright cup. The 30oz capacity is perfect for weekend mornings when you\u2019re brewing for two.
